Questions people ask first

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days. You need an email address and nothing else: no card and no setup call.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your records stay exactly as they are and can still be opened. Nothing new can be added until you choose a plan.

Does it handle GST in every state?

Yes. Give each location its GST registration, and every invoice and bill splits the tax as CGST and SGST or IGST from where the goods are supplied.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It works in the browser on any phone, and the Android app signs in to the same account with the same records.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes. Customers, suppliers, products and opening stock can be imported from a spreadsheet file.

Can my accountant work in it too?

Yes. Add them as a user with the Accountant role, or as a viewer who can look but not change anything. Viewers are free on every plan.

I have more than one business or GSTIN. Is that a problem?

No. On Platinum each location can carry its own GST registration, and one login runs several companies, each with its own customers, stock, numbering and books.

Where is my data kept?

In a managed PostgreSQL database in Singapore, reached only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Each business sees only its own records.

Can it run on my own computer instead?

Yes. There is an edition that runs on one computer in your shop and serves the others on your network. Write to us to ask about it.
